Ella D’Silva is an Associate Consultant at GW Group, bringing experience in government relations, public policy, and political affairs.
Prior to joining GW Group, Ella worked in the Office of the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, where she supported policy, parliamentary, and communications work across a range of environmental and climate files. Her previous experience also includes government relations and working in the constituency office of the Member of Parliament for Toronto–Danforth.
Ella is completing a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Political Science at McGill University, with minors in Economics and Canadian Studies. Her interests include environmental and climate policy, energy, trade, and Canadian public policy.
